What we collect through mulnco.com, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we use your details to answer your inquiry, optional tracking only runs if you allow it, and we don't sell your information.

Who we are
This website, www.mulnco.com, is operated by MULN LLC ("MULN," "we," "us"), an independent creative marketing studio based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@mulnco.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, website, the services you're interested in, your rough budget and timing, your message, and anything else you choose to include. If you email us, we receive whatever you send.
Information collected automatically
- Security and hosting. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most websites, requests include technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is being used by a person and not a bot, using signals such as your IP address and browser information.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and HubSpot collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, visit times, referring sites, approximate location, and device and browser details. If you then submit the contact form, HubSpot can connect your earlier visits to your inquiry.
- Form details. When you submit the contact form, we also record the page you sent it from and your IP address, along with the HubSpot tracking cookie if you allowed analytics.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry, and to discuss and provide our services.
- To keep records of our conversations and client work.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, if you allow analytics.
- To protect the site and the contact form from spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use contact form submissions to send marketing emails. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, you can accept all, reject optional technologies, or choose by category. You can change your choice any time with , also in the footer of every page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to keep advertising technologies off.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only for those purposes:
- HubSpot stores contact form submissions and, with your consent, website activity. HubSpot Privacy Policy

- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business. We do not sell your personal information. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
If you contact us, we'll reply to you directly. We may offer a separate, optional email newsletter in the future. If we do, you'll only receive it if you sign up for it, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries that don't become client work: deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity, unless we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep them longer.
- Client records: kept for as long as we work together and afterward as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and contract purposes.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics and HubSpot according to their retention settings.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we'll ask again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, email hello@mulnco.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We won't treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
You can also change your cookie choices at any time, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to our records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change, for example before adding advertising tools. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
